What is the analytica conference and where can I find additional information about it?
The analytica conference is held at the ICM on the first three days of the fair. It is the scientific highlight of analytica. Renowned experts from around the world report on the latest developments in the analysis sector. Additional information is available here.
Does analytica have a supporting program?
Yes, analytica has a very diverse program of related events that focus on the transfer of knowledge and the exchange of ideas and information: The analytica supporting program is a practice-oriented platform for new contacts, best-practice tips and for illustrating the latest trends based on case studies and live demonstrations.

Am I allowed to bring my dog onto the exhibition grounds of Messe München?
No, according to Messe München´s house and user rules it is not allowed to bring animals onto the exhibition grounds with the exception of guide dogs and other assistance dogs.
What are the participation fees for analytica 2020?
How can I register to exhibit at analytica and is there an application deadline?
To participate in analytica, you must complete and sign an application form. Based on the information provided on the form, we will determine if your company is eligible to participate as an exhibitor. There is no official application deadline. However, you should keep in mind that some services cannot be ordered as of January 2020 or may only be available for an additional charge. When will you begin assigning stand space and when will we receive our stand proposal (stand location and stand number)?
Once we receive your online application, we will send you a registration confirmation by e-mail. Once allocation of stand space is complete, we will send you a stand proposal at June 2019 (by e-mail including a hall diagram). Please confirm your stand proposal in writing within the prescribed period.
If you do not accept your stand proposal, you may request an alternative stand location or withdraw your application free of charge. Once you have confirmed your stand location, cancellation is only possible against payment of a stipulated cancellation fee. Additional information is available under Item “A 2 Admission” in the General Terms of Participation.
When we register for the fair, what does that include?
When you submit your application, it only concerns stand space at analytica. Your application fee includes the communications fee, the AUMA fee and a disposal fee for waste generated at the trade-fair center before, during and after the fair. When you submit your application, you will also receive an invoice for your advance payment for services.
Other services such as stand construction and any necessary furnishings and equipment (such as partition walls, carpeting, electricity) as well as print@home tickets for exhibitors (exhibitor passes) (More detailed information on this you find at the question "How many print@home tickets for exhibitors (exhibitor passes) do I receive as an exhibitor?) and advertising materials to meet your exact needs can be ordered through our Exhibitor Shop as of autumn 2019. We will automatically inform you once the Exhibitor Shop is available.
May co-exhibitors exhibit at our stand? And if so, how can they register?
As a main exhibitors, you must register co-exhibitors at your stand. The application fee for each co-exhibitor is EUR 1.070 and it will be charged to the main exhibitor.
Like the main exhibitor, all co-exhibitors are listed as independent exhibitors in the exhibition catalog and in the online exhibitor directory. They also receive their own account for the analytica Exhibitor Shop.
What is the difference between a co-exhibitor and an additionally represented company?
A co-exhibitor exhibits at the stand of a main exhibitor with his own personnel and his own exhibits. That includes companies from the same group of companies and subsidiaries. The main exhibitor must sign the application form.
An additionally represented company is a company whose products or services are offered by the main exhibitor without the company being represented by its own personnel at the exhibition stand. Please keep in mind that sales organizations that exhibit the products of various manufacturers must register those manufacturers as additionally represented companies.
When will we receive the admission invoice?
Admission invoices will be sent out in autumn of 2019 and should be paid by January 2020.
What additional services can exhibitors order?
As an exhibitor, you may also order a number of other additional services. They include professional stand construction, stand equipment and state-of-the-art technical services. Do you need exhibitor passes, advertising materials or support to help you prepare for the fair and ensure the success of your exhibit. Detailed information is available in our Exhibitor Shop as of autumn of 2019, where you can conveniently order these services directly online.
How many print@home tickets for exhibitors (exhibitor passes) do I receive as an exhibitor?
Each exhibitor receives a specific quantity of free print@home tickets for exhibitors (exhibitor passes) for his stand for the duration of the fair via e-mail, after he has ordered them in the Exhibitor Shop.
- Stand sizes up to 12m²: 2 passes
- Stand sizes up to 20m²: 3 passes
- Stand sizes over 20m²: 1 additional pass for each additional 20 m² or portion thereof.
Additional exhibitor passes are available for a fee. The exhibitor passes must be personalized, are only intended for stand personnel and may be ordered through the Exhibitor Shop. They may not be passed on to third parties. In the event of unauthorized use, Messe München is entitled to revoke the exhibitor pass.
What are vouchers and online vouchers for one-day tickets?
Vouchers and online vouchers for one-day tickets are free admission vouchers for your customers that you can order online in our Exhibitor Shop. Vouchers are an effective incentive for your customers to visit you at your exhibition stand, which makes them ideal for use in professional invitation and contact management.
You can only be charged for a limited number of vouchers. All main exhibitors and exhibitors participating in joint exhibits pay for no more than two redeemed vouchers for each square meter of exhibition space. Co-exhibitors who do not belong to the same group of companies as their main exhibitors pay for no more than 30 redeemed vouchers. In your final invoice, you will only be charged for tickets that are actually redeemed at a price of EUR 30 per ticket.
What cancellation costs do we incur if we have to cancel?
Cancellation fees are incurred if you want to give back your stand space after having confirmed your stand proposal in writing. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. If we are able to rent your stand space to another party, the cancellation fee is 25% of the participation fee. If it is no longer possible to rent the space, you will be charged 100% of the participation fee. No cancellation fees are incurred during the phase between registration and stand proposal.

What are the prices of admission to the fair?
Admission prices will be available here as of the autumn of 2019.
