Growth capital for life sciences
The Finance Day has been devoting itself to the start-up, growth and capital market financing of life science companies for 12 years. Meet the manager of the Hightech-Gründerfonds, Germany’s most active early-phase investor, and gain an insight into the investor scene from Panel 1. For the first time ever, the issue of whether and to what extent crowd funding can be an option is being discussed at analytica Finance Day 2018. Joint ventures with pharmaceutical companies enable biotechnology enterprises to push ahead with product developments. Stock market flotation can also play a significant role as a growth engine for further funding. InflaRX has just taken this step and is now listed on the Nasdaq. The “multinational exchange” Euronext has the largest cluster of stock market-listed companies from the life science sector in Europe.
At the Finance Day, company representatives will be reporting on the options they have used on their growth path. They will be providing practical insights into the issues concerned, thus giving visitors ideas for their own corporate financing.
