When it comes to making valuable new contacts, you can count on our active and competent support in the form of presswork and conventional marketing communication – even now.

Here are a few examples of ways that you can contact your target group and attract international attention before, during and after the fair.
  • Vouchers for 1-day tickets / Online vouchers for 1-day tickets
    Generate good contacts with little expense: Use vouchers for 1-day tickets to invite your customers to the fair. Experience has shown that 94% of all visitors who use vouchers for 1-day tickets actually visit the stand of the company that invited them to the fair.

    The advantage: you know in advance what costs will be incurred.
    • Main exhibitors and exhibitors at joint exhibition stands pay for no more than two redeemed vouchers per square meter of rented exhibition
    • Co-exhibitors pay for a maximum of 30 redeemed vouchers
    • If fewer vouchers are redeemed, you only pay for the actual number used
  • Company entry
    Whether in the printed exhibition catalog, on the Internet or at the fair: Showcase your company in our exhibition media.
  • Lead Retrieval
    Use our lead-retrieval system for efficient contact management. A barcode reader allows you to simply scan a guest’s admission ticket and call up the information that the guest provided during registration.
  • Media and press services
    We use target-group-oriented presswork and conventional advertising to reach your audience of industry professionals around the world, i.e. using ads in leading trade journals, direct-mailing campaigns and up-to-date information at the website. 
  • analytica newsletter
    This newsletter is edited by professional journalists and features the latest industry and fair-related news. It is the perfect place to run a personal letter with your company logo, inviting your customers to visit your stand.

You will also find all the information about our marketing services and much more in the Exhibitor Center. All analytica exhibitors can use the online Exhibitor Center’s closed user group to handle many formalities.

As of October 2011 the Exhibitor Center also features information about our range of exhibitor technical services - from stand construction to electrical and water connections, exhibitor passes, parking passes and various rental services.
